Biography

Rick Pinkney first referreed in 1981 for John Miazdzyk at local tournaments in Canada. In 1993 Mr. Pinkney thought that there wasn’t any standardization within the referee ranks and wanted clarity to the rules of armwrestling as well as having all the referees interpret these rules the same way. Mrhelped start a referee program in Canada by becoming Canada’s referee in cheif in 1993. Since then, Mr. Pinkney has travelled the world as
